Grove homecoming
candidates named
Homecoming royalty at Grove School has been chosen. A queen will be crowned from four
eighth-grade
candidates. One seventh-grade attendant has been, selected as well. They are (from left)
eighth-grader
Amy Daigle, daughter of Eddie and Phyllis Daigle; seventh-grader Tasha Tharpe, daughter of
Robert
and Patricia Tharpe; and eighth-graders Ashley Lampkins daughter of Ronnie and Pat
Lampkins; Bonnie Milliken, daughter of Larry and Marsha Milliken; and Cayce Elliott,
daughter of Ted and Debbie Elliott.
Homecoming begins at 6 p.m. Thursday. A bonfire and pep rally have been planned for 5:30
p.m.
Wednesday in the parking lot behind the school's cafeteria. A dance, open to all seventh-
and eighth-
graders countywide, is scheduled from 7:30-10 p.m. Friday in the school cafeteria.
