Charles Scott "Butch" Harding ~ Obituary

Charles Scott "Butch" Harding, 71, of Germantown, TN, passed away February 23, 2012 surrounded by family.

Born December 2, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY, Butch attended the University of Tennessee and received his Radiology Technology Certification from Vanderbilt University. He worked in Radiology 45 years at various Memphis area hospitals and clinics; retiring from Integrity Oncology and Baptist East Hospital, and he was a member of the ARRT and past President of the Memphis ASRT.

Mr. Harding was an avid Tennessee Vol and Memphis Grizzlies fan and served as the Grizzlies X-Ray Tech for five seasons.

He was preceded in death by his Mother; Maxine Harding Beacham. Butch is survived by his wife of 29 years Mary Ann; his sons Chris (Lori) and Jeffrey; two brothers William (Karen) and Robert; two grandchildren, Katherine and Jackson; one aunt and uncle; three nieces and two nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Germantown Presbyterian Church this Saturday February 25th at 2:30 p.m. with a gathering to follow in Warren Hall from 3:30 – 6:30. Online condolences may be made at www.ColliervilleFuneral.com
