Larry Rhodes Howard, 65, of Paris, died
Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2008, at Henry County Medical Center. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at McEvoy Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. John Dale will officiate. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. today and after 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Howard was born Oct. 19, 1943, in Murray. His parents, Ewing Rhodes Howard and Georgia L. Hainley Howard, preceded him in death. A 1961 graduate of E. W. Grove High School, he was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. A medical lab technician, he also worked in the lab at Holley carburetor and for Mohon International. He is survived by a daughter: Lisa Michelle (Will) Dunn of Lexington, Ky.; a granddaughter, Lindsey Nichole Kirkwood of Bowling Green, Ky.; a sister, Katha H. Caldwell of Paris; two nephews; one niece; and several cousins. He also is survived by special friends Tommy Irby and Diana Pierce. |
