1.  The purpose of this organization shall be to honor, preserve and perpetuate the names and accomplishments of outstanding athletes and other sports personalities who are native to Henry County and/or who have lived and competed in Henry County for a period of five (5) years, and have not been an active player for five (5) years, except in lifetime activity sports.

2.  Selection of such honorees shall be limited to no more than five (5) persons each year and may include no more than two (2) deceased members each calendar year.

3.  Inductees are selected from nominations solicited from the public. Recommendations should include biographical information, records and photographs.
