Puryear High Class of 1967 has reunion

The Puryear High School Class of 1967 recently held its 40th-year reunion. Those attending included (front row, from left) Barbara Snow Wood and Linda Duncan Bennett; (second row) teacher Tellus M. Gallimore, Joann Henderson Reeves, Anita Paschall Gallimore, Patricia Broach Latimer, Winnifred Fitts Logan and Steve Barrow; (third row) Sherry Wood Barlow, Shirley Wood Medley, Karen Paschall Ward, Lillian Mathis Primm, Michael Jones, Jerry Stephenson and Charles Capps; and (back row) principal William Atchison, Billy Blankenship, Gary Grooms, Thomas Valentine and Larry Jackson. The class has two deceased members, Trudy Linn Wofford and Linda Robinson Watkins Webb.
