BILLY HOLMAN (LEFT END)
For four years Billy has been a loyal, fighting
member of the squad. Lack of weight prevented
him from making a letter until his Junior year.
His last year—Friday, the 13th—just as he was
going great, he broke his collar bone and was out
the rest of the season.
CECIL HUMPHREYS (LEFT END)
Those who saw Sonny play his great Thanks-
giving game unconscious need no introduction to
his fighting spirit. He allowed neither man nor
forward pass to get by him. Two letters made
and two more to make. 0 boy !

NEIL ANDREWS (LEFT TACKLE)
Neil played very aggressive, consistent, heads-
up football, ar-d would smear any opponent on
the ground who tried to come over him. It was
worth any fan's money to see him make one fly-
ing tackle. Watch him go next year.
FERRIS SHOFNER (LEFT GUARD)
Ferris was a pioneer for ball "toters." He
cleared the way wide and smooth every time. One
defense opponent would horse-tramp him, but
never come over. He did his best without mur-
muring, and his best was more than good.

JOSEPH MIMS (CENTER)
Big Joe was a bulwark on the defense and a
master of the situation on the offense. He has
proved successfully to several unbelieving oppo-
nents that they could see stars in broad, open
daylight. He is Alternate Captain for next year.
EMMETTE PRITCHETTE (RIGHT GUARD)
Emmette was a clean sport and a hard fighter,
who never stopped until the final whistle blew.
He was a man who said little and did much.
The "Chill Tonics" will miss him next year.

CURTIS CARTER (RIGHT TACKLE)
Curtis has been for two years one of our most .
loyal, dependable, and hardest scrappers. He has
the friendship and respect of all the squad. They
showed their confidence in him by electing him
Captain for next year.
GEORGE MIMS (RIGHT END)
Because he couldn't get to play his Freshman
year. "Rat" quit school so he would have four
years of football. He believes in playing clean
and fair ; but when he hits a man, he stays hit.
