The  1938  Grove yearbook was titled, "Futurist   1938."  The cover is  black leatherette, heavily embossed and highlighted
in silver. The inside covers were  rubber stamped with the name Charlie McClure, Dunlap Street, indicating the book originally
belonged to Charlie. Charlie McClure was in the Grove Freshman Class of 1938.
The 1938  Futurist was provided by JOEL  CLARK, Grove Class of 1958. We greatly appreciate Joel sharing this early
yearbook with the Grove web site. Joel's aunt, Emily Hastings, was the biology teacher and is shown on the faculty page.
Several other teachers, known to 40's and 50's students, including Coach Roberts, were also on the early staff.
