| Calvert Frazier Cravens, 42, of
107 Crestview Circle, died at 10: p.m. Friday at Henry County General
Hospital following a brief illness. Services were to held at 10:00 a.m. today at Grace Episcopal Church with the Rev. Tom Feamster officiating. Burial will be in the City Cemetery. McEvoy Funeral Home was in charge. Names as pallbearers were Barton Robinson, David Hessing, Fred McLean, Randy Williams, Frankie McSwain, Bob Millott and Chris Stephens. Born May 27, 1938, in Henry County, Cravens was the son of Elizabeth Frazier Cravens of Paris and the late Herman R. Cravens, who died May 6, 1971. He was a member of Grace Episcopal Church and was employed in sales work. He was active in the church choir and in Paris-Henry County Arts Council. The family requested that in lieu of flowers friends who wish may make memorial gifts to the Cravens Memorial Library of Grace Episcopal Church. |
