waitress Diane Davis Sealy, 63, of Paris died Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at
Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. The body was cremated. A memorial service is planned at 1 p.m. Saturday at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Ken Wells officiating. Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Saturday. Born in Chicago on Nov. 18, 1948, she was a daughter of James W. “Bill” Davis and Retha Cleo Creamer Davis Glover, now both deceased. She was married on Dec. 31, 1999, to Matt Sealy, who died Oct. 11, 2011. Sealy was a member of the Vine Community Church in Paris. She leaves two daughters: Missy (Chris) Hamilton of Paris and Ashley (Scott) Odom of Jackson; one son: Scott Sealy of Union City; one sister: Margaret (Gerald) Tyler of Paris; two brothers: Bobby Davis of Paris and Billy (Sandy) Davis of Forrest City, Ark.; three grandchildren: Emily Potts and Clay Sealy, both of Paris, and Lexi Odom of Jackson; and a sister-in-law: Debra (Clarence) Bates of Paris. She also was preceded in death by a sister: Ann Davis. |
